Our ambassadors are an integral part of Danu. We founded our Danu Ambassador program as a super modern approach to making meaningful connections in a digital world. Our ambassadors are the voice of Danu in community.

This position has a lot of freedom. You can really take this position far if you are driven too. Also, as a new company, we're interested in growing our people as we grow.

Danu Ambassador Job Description 

Mission

At Danu Organic, our objective is to pursue production of the healthiest clothes in the world at a scale that makes them accessible. Our designs reflect the beauty of the human body and the durability of the earth that gives us our fibers and colors.

Employment Status

Part-time, approximately 5-15 hours per week, with options for more hours and opportunities as Danu grows if you want 

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Attend events, often on weekends, such as farmer’s markets, artisan fairs and shops around Los Angeles to represent Danu Organic
  • Knowledgeably converse with customers & potential customers about sustainability, slow fashion, circularity, natural dyes and all things Danu Organic
  • Would need space to store event supplies in between events

Skills & Abilities

  • Must show up dependably and always be on time
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Creative thinker who can problem solve on the spot
  • Inclined to create & keep beautiful spaces
  • Is comfortable with working rather independently
  • Enjoys caring for clothing

Starting Pay

  • $14/hour + 10% commission on what you sell at the event (average as of 10/5/2019 is $29.06 but it is what you make of it - no cap)
  • In addition, 10% commission based on people you introduce to Danu at events but shop later based on a tracking code

  • Flexible schedule with large events scheduled well in advance and smaller events that happen regularly, like farmer’s markets
